As Principal or Deputy Principal of a school, one of the issues consistently in mind is maintaining the community’s perception of the school as the one that has excellent teaching and learning but also caters for the holistic development of our students. Every school comes from a unique place, in regard to their local setting, some are in competition for places year on year and others don’t have as much pressure pressure for enrolment. Whatever your school’s situation, it is important to portray the good work done in our schools to wider community.
