YSL at Maryfield College

The 4L YSI class of Maryfield college recently, took part in a campaign called #whowearsthetrousers which outlines the problem of the unavailability of trousers in all girls schools. They started with the campaign withing Maryfield College and then this became a nationwide campaign. They thought that the offering trousers as a uniform option was important because of many reasons including, warmth, comfort, freedom of movement, and inclusivity of the LGBTQ+ community. Below are clips of their appearances in Newstalk and Drivetime, they have also appeared on Ireland AM. Well done and you have the full support of Le Chéile.
