Tóríacht: Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership
This diploma is offered jointly by the Professional Development Service for Teachers and the Education Department NUI Maynooth. The programme is supported by the Department of Education and Skills.
It aims to enhance participants’ current work and to support their preparation for future leadership and management positions. It aims to develop the knowledge, understanding, attitudes and skills for successful modern school leadership. The programme is delivered through a blended model of facilitated sessions and on-line workshops in parallel with individual and group projects and presentations.
The course is intended for qualified teachers at primary or post primary level with a minimum of four years teaching experience. Selection may apply. Applications must be completed through www.pac.ie.
