Le Chéile Schools Trust is a collaborative Trust set up by fourteen Congregations to carry out the role of the Patron in 62 second level schools. The Trust is committed to the future of Catholic education in Ireland and to providing for the educational needs of students and communities in their schools, in partnership with the government. The vision and mission of the Trust is guided by the Le Chéile Charter.

LEADERSHIP AND ETHOS OFFICER
The Leadership and Ethos Officer will work as part of the Le Chéile executive team, under the leadership of the Executive Director, to support and promote the ethos of Le Chéile schools. This includes working with Boards of Management, senior management teams and other members of the school communities on all aspects of school life relevant to the Patron function.
The position is a five-year fixed term contract, based in Dublin. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Secondment arrangements may be considered.
